Unless otherwise specified, any information, HomePipo account information, articles, data, images, passwords, screenshots, text, user names, Web pages, or other materials (collectively, the “Content”) contained on the Site are the exclusive property of HomePipo, or its subsidiaries and affiliates:

Your representations and warranties

Your indemnification obligation

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HomePipo and its affiliates, from and against any claims, demands, suits, proceedings, and actions, including any liability, obligation, loss, damage, deficiency, penalty, tax, lien, fine, judgment, settlement, expense (including accounting and legal fees and expenses) and related costs (collectively, “Claims”), based on or resulting from your use of the Site, including, without limitation, any Claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of this Agreement.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the date of termination shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by you or us.
You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you stop using our site.

If in our judgment, you fail, or are suspected of having failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due including up to the date of termination; and/or accordingly we may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).

Limitations on its use

HomePipo provides the Site solely for the purpose of enabling you to determine the availability of goods and services offered on the Site and to make legitimate service requests or other business transactions with HomePipo, and for no other purpose.

The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree that you will use the services of the Site only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for yourself or for another person on whose behalf you are authorized to act, both by law and under the terms of this Agreement.

You agree that, without limitation, you shall not make any fictitious, fraudulent, or incorrect reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand.

You further agree that you shall not duplicate reservations or make impossible/illogical reservations.

You also agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by HomePipo, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts in a timely manner and compliance with all regulations regarding the availability of rates, products, or services.

You are fully responsible for all surcharges, charges, fees, fees, and taxes arising from your use of the Site.

Your account information belongs to HomePipo. While you may access your account information through the Site, you may not give access to your account to any person or entity other than an immediate family member or someone who is directly under your supervision as part of your career or employment.

You agree not to misuse the Site. Misuse” includes, but is not limited to, using the Site for any of the following activities:

    • Download or upload files that contain materials, including, but not limited to, software, that violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, unless you own, control, or have been authorized to exercise such rights.
    • Misrepresent or omit the origin or source of any file you download or upload.
    • Download or upload files that do not contain the published language, author’s references, and/or copyright, patent, or trademark notices.
    • Distribute, disseminate, post, or publish any indecent, infringing, obscene, or unlawful information or material.
    • Engaging in any commercial purpose, including, but not limited to: advertising or offering to sell any goods or services; conducting contests or surveys; distributing chain letters or advertising related to Ponzi or pyramid schemes; advertising or offering to sell business opportunities, direct sales opportunities, contracting, independent contractor positions, multi-level marketing opportunities or securities.
    • Post, send or otherwise disclose confidential information, trade secrets, or other proprietary, protected, and/or confidential data of any entity or person.
      This includes but is not limited to, HomePipo or any of its affiliates.
    • Download or upload files that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed through the Site.
    • Copy or create derivative works from the Site; display, distribute, license, perform, publish, recreate, reproduce, sell, transfer, or transmit any information, products, services, or software obtained by, from, or through the Site.
    • Monitor or copy any Content using manual processes or any robot, spider, or other automatic device, without first obtaining HomePipo‘s prior written consent.
    • Acting as a legal representative or attorney-in-fact for a person who is not a member of your immediate family; or your direct supervisor at your place of work.
    • Act in a manner that causes or is likely to cause a proportionately large or unreasonable load on our Site’s infrastructure.
    • Engage in any other conduct that is, or is deemed by HomePipo to be, in conflict with this Agreement. HomePipo prohibits such Misuses and does not authorize access to the Site for any such Misuse or any other similar purpose.

Modifications to service and prices

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of the content) at any time without prior notice.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services

Our services are available exclusively online through the website. These services may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit sales of our services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

HomePipo offers a space for the publication of home service provider profiles.
By registering and posting a profile, providers accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. HomePipo does not assume responsibility for the quality of the services provided by the providers.

It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate and select the service providers. HomePipo reserves the right to review and delete profiles that do not meet our standards or terms of service.

Other terms

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement governing your access to, transactions with, and use of, the Site.
Any failure by HomePipo to enforce any right it has under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such right, or any other right, at any other time or against any other person or entity.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed from this Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
